Accessibility

webaddict.ch strives to make the Dahu AI service accessible to the widest audience, following relevant accessibility best practices and WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria from the W3C for web interfaces.

Scope

This statement covers the main journeys on the Dahu AI website and web application (public pages and, progressively, signed-in journeys). Highly dynamic areas (real-time chat, attachments, advanced selectors) may still show occasional gaps depending on browsers and assistive technologies.

Conformance status

The service is considered partially conformant at this stage as described above: work continues (automated checks, manual reviews, testing with users or screen readers); some contrasts, labels or keyboard behaviours may still be improved.

Assessment methods

  • Regular checks after major UI changes;
  • Manual testing (keyboard navigation, browser zoom, tab order);
  • Diagnostic aids (contrast checks and DOM structure review).

Technologies assumed compatible

Pages are built for recent browsers and major desktop and mobile screen readers, with HTML, CSS and JavaScript enabled as commonly expected on the Web.

Report a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier (keyboard navigation, forms, contrast, blocking errors, etc.), please write to:

contact@dahuai.ch

Describe the page or screen, your environment (browser, OS, assistive technology used) and, if possible, a screenshot or steps to reproduce.

An acknowledgement may be sent when your message is identifiable; we aim to reply as soon as practicable.

We aim to handle complete requests within 30 working days at most (internal target, subject to technical complexity or external dependencies).

Redress

If you believe your right to accessibility is not respected, you may contact competent bodies or associations in Switzerland or, where applicable, in your country of residence, under applicable law.
